The potential is there. Anyone with the ability of second sight could see that the rover could be capable of magic. But something blocks it, locks that power away. Why it is this way remains a mystery.

There seems to be an odd aura from the rover; A dark presence that those with the right sensitivity would pick up. Out of place. An individual that did not belong, but how or why... Well, one would have to dig for that. Mute, but from injury or something else remains to be seen. Silence is not always a virtue.
